Thomas, an Indonesian and Australian citizen, graduated from university, studied at the William Angliss Institute of TAFE in Melbourne, and gained experience in Sydney’s popular I’m Angus Steakhouse, He also spent time at Sheraton on the Park and Sydney Harbor Marriott Hotel kitchens. After that, he came to Japan in 2009 and served as Chef de Partie TWO ROOMS GRILL, later as Head Chef at R2 SUPPERCLUB and TWO ROOMS GRILL.
In 2016, he became Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Tokyo and then in 2018 he became Executive Chef at Pullman Tokyo. Chef Thomas is also extremely creative and will be a great leader in our Culinary team.
