On Thursday, May 28, a one-night-only collaboration dinner will be held by Tempura Endo Yasaka,
the long-established tempura restaurant in Kyoto’s Gion district, Telmont, the French Champagne Maison founded in 1912, and Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo.
Guests will enjoy a special seasonal tasting course featuring ayu sweetfish, hamo pike conger eel, Endo’s signature corn tempura,
bouillabaisse with black abalone, lobster, and caviar, straw-grilled wagyu beef, and a dessert made with “Taiyo no Tamago” mango.
For the evening, each course will be paired with Champagnes from Telmont. Guests will experience an elegant and sustainable Champagne pairing
designed to enhance the delicate flavors of tempura and the natural umami of seasonal ingredients.
