On Thursday, May 28, a one-night-only collaboration dinner will be held by Tempura Endo Yasaka, the long-established tempura restaurant in Kyoto’s Gion district, Telmont, the French Champagne Maison founded in 1912, and Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo.
