For this special occasion, we are delighted to welcome the rising star Chef Naoki Matsuo from L’Arbre, which opened in Akiruno City, Tokyo, last October. Chef Matsuo, renowned for his culinary expertise blending “French cuisine x climate x culture” infuses his dishes with deep affection for his native Nishi-Tama region, alongside a commitment to using locally-sourced Tokyo ingredients and homegrown vegetables. His innovative approach, showcased in a traditional Japanese folk house designated as a tangible cultural property, has garnered attention, including three toques in the globally renowned gourmet guide “Gault & Millau 2024.
Combining Chef Matsuo’s local pride with Chef Thomas’ roots, we present a heartfelt creation infused with passion.
